Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and workflow on the weekend shift to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Process incoming orders, verify inventory, and prepare shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor equipment performance and perform routine maintenance checks to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless handovers and clear communication.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Assist in training new team members on standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or customer service preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Flexibility to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
