Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick & Pack: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily KPIs.
- Inventory Control: Assist in cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Organization: Keep storage areas clean, organized, and accessible to ensure efficient workflow.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to resolve issues and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and strong work ethic.
- Basic Skills: Basic reading, writing, and math skills; computer proficiency is a plus.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we train the right candidates.
