Responsibilities
- Perform efficient picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders using warehouse management systems.
- Load and unload trucks safely and accurately, ensuring cargo security during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and within certification guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on concrete surfaces.
