Responsibilities
- Manage daily logistics and workflow operations during weekend shifts.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with high-level problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate with the on-site team to ensure inventory and resource accuracy.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report weekly progress.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Assist in onboarding and training new weekend staff members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or operations (1+ years preferred).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
