What You'll Do
- Assist in daily logistics operations and customer service inquiries.
- Ensure a welcoming and organized environment for all visitors and clients.
- Handle cash transactions and point-of-sale operations accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly performance targets and KPIs.
- Maintain inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Perform light physical duties including lifting and moving stock.
