Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and provide exceptional weekend support.
- Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment during peak weekend hours.
- Ensure the warehouse and office areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Process shipping and receiving orders accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless transition of operations.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Monitor equipment functionality and report maintenance needs promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with office software.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
