Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve inquiries efficiently during weekend shifts.
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and organization of inventory and shipments.
- Monitor facility security and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Operate warehouse management software and handheld scanners accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Handle package processing and data entry with high attention to detail.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends only (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Albuquerque facility.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
