Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders using warehouse management systems (WMS) with 99.9% accuracy.
- Load and unload trailers and conveyances using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily throughput targets and service level agreements.
- Assist in receiving and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is preferred but not required (we offer paid training).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate handheld scanners.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
