Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with inquiries and product selections.
- Perform daily store operations, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately process transactions.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
- Ensure the sales floor and restrooms are clean, organized, and safe for customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends consistently (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
