As the Weekend Manager, you will be the face of our brand during our busiest hours, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations and staff scheduling for Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the main office for weekly stock replenishment.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 10+ employees to ensure high performance and safety standards.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve conflicts efficiently to maintain service excellence.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Analyze sales data weekly to identify trends and improve weekend revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Must be available to work full-time weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED required.
