Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our diverse client base, answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist with daily store operations, including inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and welcoming for all visitors.
- Support weekend promotional events and special projects as assigned.
- Collaborate with the weekday management team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to the inventory manager promptly.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (or specific weekend block) consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with data entry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes quickly.
