Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, and dispatching packages with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure the workspace remains organized, clean, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the team lead to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Adhere to strict quality control standards to minimize errors and returns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
