Responsibilities
- Manage Weekend Support: Handle high-volume customer inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and issue resolution during Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear, professional, and empathetic communication.
- System Maintenance: Monitor internal systems and databases to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of service.
- Performance Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and submit weekly reports on support metrics.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or operations.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) with the ability to work occasional holidays.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software, ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce), and MS Office Suite.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills.
