Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse operations during weekend shifts, including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 weekend staff, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
- Coordinate with weekday teams for seamless handover and operational continuity
- Implement process improvements to enhance weekend productivity and reduce costs
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical problems to senior management
- Generate weekly performance reports and analyze operational metrics
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications
- 5+ years of operations management experience, including weekend/holiday shifts
- Proven track record in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Advanced proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training preferred
