Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations and logistics activities on weekends.
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Resolve operational issues efficiently to maintain production schedules.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday management team to prepare weekly reports and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) with occasional holidays.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
