Responsibilities
- Lead weekend operations teams across 3+ Portland metropolitan locations
- Optimize staffing schedules and ensure peak service delivery during peak weekend hours
- Implement performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless operational handoffs
- Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain service excellence standards
- Manage inventory, logistics, and resource allocation for weekend operations
- Develop and mentor weekend staff through targeted training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management
- 5+ years in operations/supervisory roles with weekend scheduling experience
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance optimization
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure during peak hours
- Advanced proficiency in workforce management software (e.g., Deputy, When I Work)
