- Coordinate weekend logistics operations including warehouse, transportation, and distribution activities
- Lead and mentor a team of 8-12 weekend staff members, ensuring performance targets are met
- Implement process improvements to enhance weekend operational efficiency
- Resolve operational issues and maintain compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with weekday management teams for seamless transition of operations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate weekend replenishment activities
- Generate weekend performance reports and present findings to senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/supply chain management with weekend shift experience
- Proven leadership skills managing teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure
- Proficiency in logistics software (WMS, TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible weekend hours (Friday-Sunday) with weekday availability
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
