Qualifications
- 3+ years in operations, logistics, or supply chain management
- Proven experience managing weekend or shift-based teams

- Proficient in WMS/TMS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license with clean record
