Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend logistics operations across 3 distribution centers in Sacramento metro area
- Manage real-time inventory tracking and warehouse workflow optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams of 5-7 weekend associates during peak hours
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance in all weekend operations
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Communicate with overnight and weekday teams to maintain operational continuity
- Handle emergency logistics disruptions during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- 3+ years in warehouse/logistics operations with weekend shift experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong leadership experience with weekend teams
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Spanish bilingual preferred
- Supply chain certification (CSCP, CLTD) a plus
