Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily weekend operations to ensure maximum workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the logistics team to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and company regulatory standards.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and accurately.
- Perform quality control checks on cargo to ensure readiness for distribution.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Long Beach facility.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
