Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend logistics and operational workflows across multiple sites
- Manage inventory control and quality assurance checks
- Supplement staff scheduling and shift coverage coordination
- Handle client communications and service escalations
- Execute safety compliance protocols and incident reporting
- Train weekend team members on standard procedures
- Generate weekend performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 2+ years operations or logistics experience
- Availability to work weekends (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Customer service certification a plus
