Responsibilities
- Execute weekend service operations including client onboarding, equipment maintenance, and quality assurance checks
- Coordinate logistics for weekend events and service deployments across DC metro area
- Manage inventory and resource allocation to ensure operational readiness
- Provide exceptional client support during peak weekend hours via phone and in-person
- Document operations data and generate weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards during all operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 2+ years experience in operations, logistics, or customer service
- Availability to work full-time schedule (primarily Saturday/Sunday with weekday flexibility)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for multi-site travel
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic inventory management software
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
