Responsibilities
- Perform efficient packing, sorting, and labeling of merchandise to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and in compliance with company protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock organization to maintain optimal storage levels.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks while adhering to all safety guidelines and weight restrictions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and maintain a clean workspace.
- Report any damaged goods or equipment malfunctions to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Minneapolis facility.
- Willingness to work flexible weekend schedules (Saturday and Sunday).
