Responsibilities
- Manage weekend shift operations including 8-10 team members
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Coordinate inventory management and workflow optimization
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain detailed documentation
- Train new weekend staff on equipment and procedures
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory or leadership experience

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
