Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily logistics and inventory operations during weekend shifts.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse and operations staff to ensure productivity and safety standards.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and ensure compliance with all OSHA and company regulations.
- Analyze operational metrics to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements for weekend throughput.
- Coordinate with the weekday management team to align inventory levels and supply chain goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues with a focus on service excellence.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse management.
- Proven ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Must be available to work full-time weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
