Responsibilities
- Manage the daily workflow and staffing schedules for the weekend shift to ensure all operations run smoothly.
- Supervise a team of warehouse associates and drivers, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate with the shift leads to resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards are met during shifts.
- Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complaints efficiently to maintain our reputation.
- Train new hires on weekend-specific procedures and equipment operation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Must have Full Time availability, specifically Weekend Shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to direct a diverse team.
- Proficient in using inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and basic computer applications.
