Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Execute accurate cycle counts and stock replenishment strategies for the weekend shift.
- Order Fulfillment: Process inbound and outbound shipments with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics bottlenecks.
- Data Entry: Maintain up-to-date digital records and inventory logs using our ERP system.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid Driver’s License (Class C) required.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with warehouse management software.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
