Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment.
- Supervise and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure high productivity and safety standards.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with precision.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and ensure all safety protocols (OSHA) are strictly followed.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to resolve any shipping delays or logistical bottlenecks.
- Process returns, damages, and transfers accurately to maintain inventory integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct a team under pressure.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
