Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the technical support queue during peak weekend hours (Friday through Sunday).
- Resolve complex technical escalations and customer inquiries with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to document bugs and suggest improvements.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping in our CRM system (Salesforce/Zendesk).
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all weekend support tickets before closure.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support, operations, or customer success.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field preferred.
