Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve inquiries regarding orders, billing, and account management.
- Process and verify transactions accurately, including data entry and inventory updates.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday management team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic technical issues during peak weekend hours.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Assist in training new weekend staff members on standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant experience preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or logistics is a strong plus.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday on a rotating or set schedule.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation is required.
