Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure seamless service delivery.Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and technical support via phone and email.Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and customer feedback.Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for restocking.Ensure all safety and compliance protocols are strictly followed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).Previous experience in customer service or operations is highly desirable.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
