Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics operations and inventory management on weekends.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and workplace regulations.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless shift handovers.
- Monitor equipment functionality and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Train and mentor new temporary staff members during peak weekend periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
