Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and organize stock to maximize warehouse space.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to update shipment statuses in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational bottlenecks and logistical issues.
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure all outbound products meet company standards.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding attendance and time management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
