Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety standards are met.
- Supervise and mentor a team of warehouse associates, providing clear instructions, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Conduct shift handovers and ensure accurate reporting of daily metrics, including productivity and error rates.
- Enforce company safety protocols and address operational issues or safety hazards immediately.
- Train new hires and improve workflow processes to optimize performance during peak weekend periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail operations.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently as required.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with inventory management systems.
- Valid forklift or warehouse equipment certification (if applicable).
