Responsibilities
- Execute Daily Operations: Perform essential tasks including stocking, sorting, and organizing inventory with high accuracy.
- Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional service to customers and internal stakeholders by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of stock and equipment to maintain safety standards and minimize waste.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate handheld scanners, forklifts (if certified), and warehouse management software.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover of operations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company regulations at all times.
- Adaptability: Adjust quickly to changing priorities and high-volume workflows during peak weekend periods.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical labor as required.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous employment.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure inventory accuracy and safety compliance.
- Basic Computer Literacy: Comfortable using tablets, scanners, and basic office software.
