Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
- Process shipping paperwork and verify outbound loads for accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for all personnel.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; logistics or supply chain experience is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Must be available to work exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team under tight deadlines.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for all roles.
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
