Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and workflow during weekend shifts to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage and supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing clear instructions and support.
- Conduct regular safety checks and ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to prevent stock shortages.
- Train new hires on standard operating procedures and equipment usage.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any operational issues that arise during the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Previous supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
