Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently use forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, sorting, and stocking inventory with high accuracy.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace regulations at all times.
- Shift Coverage: Work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) to support high-volume operations.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine inspections of products and equipment to maintain high standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with floor managers and team members to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for the right candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: Proven track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Tools: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
