Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and handle payments securely.
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Stock shelves, organize inventory, and ensure product availability during busy weekend periods.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to the management team promptly.
- Handle cash handling procedures, including balancing the register at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs with or without assistance.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation is required.
