Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to weekend guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation inquiries
- Process payments accurately using our POS system and maintain financial records
- Address guest concerns promptly and coordinate with housekeeping/management teams
- Prepare daily reports and maintain organized guest documentation
- Assist with event setup and break-down for weekend functions
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service excellence
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible daytime/evening shifts
- Proficient in basic computer operations and willingness to learn POS systems
