Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including mobility assistance, vital sign monitoring, and medication administration
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure coordinated patient care
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
- Ensure clean and safe patient environments following infection control protocols
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; CNA/HHA certification preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours (Sat/Sun shifts)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Pass background check and drug screening
