Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during weekend shifts at various event venues and retail locations
- Manage inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining organized workspaces
- Assist with event setup, guest registration, and attendee coordination
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak weekend hours
- Adhere to all safety protocols and brand standards at all times
- Report operational insights to shift supervisors for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently (minimum 12 hours/week)
- Previous customer service or event staffing experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks
- Reliable transportation to assigned locations in Seattle or Ohio
