Responsibilities
- Efficient Handling: Load, unload, and organize merchandise and inventory with speed and accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock replenishment, cycle counting, and preparing orders for shipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure seamless workflow.
- Shift Execution: Complete all necessary paperwork and reports before the end of the weekend shift.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
