Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient intake and discharge procedures during weekend shifts
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) with precision
- Assist medical staff with patient preparation and examinations
- Handle urgent patient inquiries and triage calls
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
- Prepare weekend shift documentation and handover reports
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and emergency response teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience required
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-6PM)
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/Meditech experience a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Background check and drug screen required
