Responsibilities
- Greet Customers: Welcome every guest with a positive attitude and assist with product inquiries.
- Store Operations: Keep the sales floor organized, restock merchandise, and ensure the store is clean and visually appealing.
- Sales Support: Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and handle cash register duties.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with management and fellow team members to achieve daily targets.
- Merchandising: Rotate stock and implement visual merchandising displays to attract customers.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a regular basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light boxes (up to 25 lbs).
