Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming and professional shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise at all times.
- Process returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborate with the floor team to meet daily sales targets and store goals.
- Maintain a high standard of visual presentation and store cleanliness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with cash handling is a plus but not required.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
