As a Weekend Shift Associate, you'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional service to our neighbors, supporting vital local programs, and maintaining the welcoming atmosphere that defines our organization. We value reliability, enthusiasm, and a commitment to community excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to weekend patrons and community members
- Support daily operations including inventory management, facility maintenance, and program assistance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend service delivery
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain financial records
- Assist with community outreach events and local engagement activities
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized environment
- Contribute to weekend marketing initiatives and promotional activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM) with flexibility for holidays
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse community members
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and digital tools
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
