Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately to maintain high satisfaction rates.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations with patience, empathy, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure inventory levels are accurate and merchandise is presented attractively.
- Assist in training new team members on our standard operating procedures and service protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in adherence to company safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends consistently (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple software systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
