Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely load, unload, and sort freight using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and record inventory items to ensure stock accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and ensure proper packaging.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with morning and evening shift supervisors.
- Adherence to Safety: Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older with valid ID.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Skills: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to use handheld scanners.
