Responsibilities
- Execute daily operations and order fulfillment processes with precision and speed.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks to ensure all products meet our high standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with the weekend production team to meet daily targets.
- Assist in inventory management, tracking stock levels, and reporting discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid driver's license (not required but a plus).
